Clinical Practice
I maintain a small clinical psychology practice providing evidence-based clinical assessment and therapy to adults and couples with a variety of concerns, with a particular emphasis on anxiety and anxiety disorders, trauma and PTSD, and intimate relationship difficulties. My clinical training covers a wide range of evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT), including standard CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy for intimate relationship difficulties. I also have special training in several evidence-based therapies for PTSD, including Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Cognitive Behavioral Conjoint Therapy (CBCT). My practices emphasize the integration of the best available research evidence with each client’s unique preferences, history, and past therapy experiences.
